This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and protect your personal information when you visit lunadot.co.nz, purchase from us, contact us or otherwise interact with our services.

Personal information we collect

Depending on how you interact with Luna Dot, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, billing address and delivery address.

Payment card details are processed securely by Shopify and the relevant payment provider. Luna Dot does not ordinarily receive or store your complete payment card number.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify. Shopify processes personal information when you visit our store, use Shopify services or make a purchase.

Depending on the Shopify features enabled on our store, Shopify may use information about your interactions with Luna Dot, Shopify and other Shopify merchants to provide and improve its services, including personalised shopping features, fraud prevention, analytics and advertising services.

Your information may be shared with Shopify and other service providers located outside New Zealand where this is necessary to operate our store and provide services to you.
